How do we quote and work?
We start with the roof, not the sales pitch. That means looking at the surface, the flashing, the vents and, where we can reach it, the attic. We explain what we find and whether the answer is a repair, a replacement or simply keeping an eye on it.
Quotes are put in writing before work starts. They name the materials, describe the work and say what could change the price.
